Processing and delivery time of customized items
After purchase of our items, it usually takes 2-10 business days for production. Due to the unique nature of each product, we do need the time to ensure the best quality. Thanks for understanding.

For delivery, it takes 2-6 business days within Australia. For anywhere else, please contact to inquire specifically.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable. However, a design proof of your custom stamp(s) will be provided prior manufacturing. After confirmation, no changes can be made to the order.
Previews and mock-ups
All images shown are for previews only. Combination of different inkpads, designs and surface will yield different results.
Colours shown on the shop and proofs will show differently on different monitors. Minor shifts of hues and contrasts will happen.

Shipping Time
In general, shipping nationwide within Australia is 2-6 business days. International shipping can take up to 10-12 business days. If you do need your order urgently, please convo to inquire and discuss about specific time line. Thank you.
Shipping Rate
Shipping rates of our items vary. It depends on locations, items and shipping carriers. To speed up shipping time, express shipping is recommended.
Flower Confetti
We usually recommend our customers to order early just in case of any delivery issues. Since we have dried and treated the flowers, and given the confetti is store fine in a cool, dry place, optimal timing would be 3-4 months. We usually make a dispatch of confetti within a turnaround time of 10 business days due to customised nature.
